Team Roles
By : UnknownTeam Roles
Each member will work on every role, but we decided to have a "team leader" on each category.
The idea of "team leader" (in this project) means that we have some advantages and some "disadvantages".
Advantages:
The team leader must approve all the decisions, unless if the majority disagree;
The team leader is responsible for assigning new work to his colleagues and to him (of course);
"Disadvantages":
The team leader must create deadlines;
The team leader must focus his efforts (not all, as said previously everyone will do a little bit of everything) on his category.
- Rodrigo Martins : Producer (Multimedia Content)
- Luis Galaio : Programmer (Hard Code)
- Miguel Oliveira : User Interface (Design and Create the Interface)
